Topic: Sports



Song´s lyric

The class started singing a song alone. Then, she song with all the students and next she asked for a volunteer for singing alone. Finally, she asked for another volunteer, he did the same. When they finished to song teacher gave a present for the volunteers.

Ss matching the vocabulary

 In the second activity, Ss played Simon says. When teacher said a number, Ss had to make a group according to the number and the S who did not have group He/ She had to correct the vocabulary with the picture and teacher asked it was ok. Finally, Ss practiced the pronunciation of the vocabulary.



Playing  in goups

Ss made threesomes and T gave them pieces of paper with letter related with the vocabulary and when the teacher said a word, Ss had to order letter by letter the word that the teacher said.

S writing the answer

The T and students made a dynamic that we called “Hot potato”. T turn on the music and when the music stopped, S who had the ball had to write on the board the name of the sports. Then, they had to answer the question how do you spell the word “bowling”. The T played again for looked for other student.
 



Note: in this class, I was the T.  The class was funny and I think, all of my classmates enjoyed it because I saw that Ss were enthusiastic. Although, my partner and I had some problems. We need to improve in some things.
