Class 3 - Wednesday 2nd september/2015 - Fernando

Topic: My family (Listening)
 
 

T Fernando started the class greeting to students.  Students played the “Hot potato” with a puppet. Students was sitting in the desk and they passed the puppet, the S who had the puppet they had to pass to the board and match the pictures with the vocabulary. After that, they gave a review about of vocabulary.

 

Then, T explained the meaning of the question who is he/she?. Also, he explained how to answer this question. Ss played the “Hot potato” again. SS had to pass the puppet and S who had the puppet. He or she looked that the T said for example T said “sister”, S touched the picture. After that, Ss answered the question who is he/she?.




T presented four puppets mother, father, sister and brother. T asked one by one the question and Ss answered the question depending of that the T asked.

 
Ss made pairs and T gave a pieces of papers. When T said a word for example “brother” S formed this word.

 
 
 
 
 
 
Before the next activity teacher pasted the flashcard on the desks. T asked for students to stand up near to the door. Ss listened a word that T said, S looked to the word and run to take it. Then, Ss answered the question.

 
 
 
 
T asked for a volunteer to make the next activity. T gave four puppets S presented the family, the other SS who had sit down asked the question and the volunteer had to answer the question.








Note: This class was interesting because the Ss learned new things. They enjoyed the class as the same time learned to aske and answer the question who is he/she?.
